Need a New Beginning in 2015?

Think you might be ready for a 21 Day Fitness Challenge? Are you looking for A Fit New Beginning in 2015? You have come to the right place then. I will be starting a 21 Day Fitness Challenge Group the first Monday of every month.  These private 21 Day Fitness Challenge and accountability groups will be limited to 5 members who are SERIOUS about getting healthier in 2015! We want to make sure that during this 21 Day Fitness Challenge you get the results that you want.

Why Only a 21 Day Fitness Challenge?21 Day Fitness Challenge

So why am I only doing 21 Day Fitness Challenge groups? Studies suggest that it takes 21 days toform a new habit and end old habits.  Let’s face it, you will not see a dramatic transformation in only a 21 Day Fitness Challenge, but you will most definitely notice changes in your body, the way you feel and most importantly, how you approach each day.  Most people find that the two week mark is where they get into trouble.  We will not let that happen.   In short, you will be on your way to super-healthy, super-happy 2015. Don’t worry if you program is not a 21 day fitness program that has a 21 day workout plan like the Beachbody 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme, you will have the option to continue to the next month’s group!
